Journal Entry

Since I was little I was very well versed while writing wether It could be in Spanish or English. Years later when none of the common careers were appealing to me I decided to major in English Philology as I didn't know what I wanted back then and the only thing I was good at was at English so I thought 'let's give it a try' I started writing at my own desire when I was around 15 and when I got to college my writing improved tremendously in a matter that even I couldn't believe that such ideas came out of my mind, my writing was mostly creative stories that could be presented in first and third person, I was able to create short stories, memoirs, thoughts, poems and many more, some of my writtings from that time were published in a Tumblr blog that I created, so whenever I'm feeling stuck in my current writing or I just want to compare I go back to those writings and see how much I have improved in this part of it.

I absolutely love writing, I am -like I said before- horrible in many subjects but in the only thing I'm good at it's English and writing in English is my personal pride even though I'm a native Spanish speaker I'm far better writing in English than in Spanish is that possible? well... The thing is I just love it, creating stories, plots, characters and simply an ambience where even though you know it's fake it feels like home, it gives you than sensation.

I want to improve in general but when we talk about essays or business writing I am surely lacking so those are the areas I wish to improve more than anything; a teacher once said to me: "never stop learning, because what is the point of reaching a limit when there is clearly an infinite?" and those words resonated with me to the point I decided to start a new career path where I can be able to write and create content that could help somebody, because that's what I want to do and yeah it took me around 7 years to finally know what I want to do with my life, so don't dread about not knowing what to do with your life because if you're here that means you are probably on the right track so, congrats! :)
